About the Role:

As a Back End Developer, you will be reporting to the Chief Developer and you will be responsible to create, maintain, test and debug the entire back end of our platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks;
  • Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients;
  • Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud;
  • Optimize web applications for performance and scalability;
  • Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testing;
  • Expert in server - side development and optimization of data, including database creation and debugging;
  • Integrate data from various back - end services and databases;
  • Create and maintain software;
  • Create user friendly and intuitive interfaces;
  • Create and analyze reliable and secure back-end functionality;
  • Maintain, expand and scale our platforms;
  • Remain updated in new technologies and industry trends, and apply them into company’s operations and activities;
  • Collaborate with front - end developers and Web Designers;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science;
  • 4 - 6+ years of experience working as back-end developer;
  • Fluency in the English language, (verbal and written) - Any other language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms and Web design;
  • Proficiency with languages such as PHP/Laravel, MySQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
  • Experience in writing highly secure web applications;
  • Experience with the design and implementation of APIs;
  • Understanding of code deployment tools such as Docker and Cloudflare;
  • Experience in testing frameworks such as JSON and XML;
  • Knowledge of catching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques;
  • Good understanding of security principles and best practices for web application security;
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple company or customer websites;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Excellent communication skills;

Front End Developer

About the Role:

As a Front End Developer, you will be reporting to the Chief Developer and you will cooperate closely with the Marketing Department. You will be responsible for shaping websites’ and web applications’ user experience and interface. Your role and responsibilities will be creating visually appealing, user friendly and responsive front end components.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new user facing features;
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
  • Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, React/Next JS
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and other quality factors;
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitted to Back end;
  • Collaborate with other team members and senior management;
  • Update data on the pages in order to allow the user to dynamically update important blocks without reloading the entire page;
  • Fixing any website issues that might arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field;
  • 4 - 6+ years of experience working as Front - end developer;
